The sleeping area is elevated on a wooden mezzanine, accessed by a sophisticated iron spiral staircase, creating an intimate separation from the living space. Below the mezzanine, you will find a relaxing area with a sofa and a dining area featuring an extendable crystal table. The interior blends antiquity with modern luxury, boasting original wooden ceilings, exposed beams, and warm parquet floors. A contemporary design bathroom provides a renovated, large shower and essential toiletries.

While the home is designed for modern living, it is situated on the second floor of a small three-story period building (no elevator). Please note that due to the historical nature of the building, it is not completely soundproofed, and the elevated bed is not suitable for children, elderly guests, or those who suffer from vertigo. Additionally, the fireplace is preserved for its historical charm and is purely decorative.
