thank you for booking a serviced apartment........ We remind you below some general conditions of the reservation: 

• Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00. If you need an early check-in ask as well, we will try our best. For check-in after 19:00 we have no problem welcoming you, but the following rules will apply:

For check-in from 20:00 to 21:00 - 20 euros extra cost; Check-in from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight) - 50 euros extra cost;

-THEair conditioning will be available only and exclusively, by condominium rules, at the following times : from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to midnight.

• your apartment must be left by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Any check-outs beyond this time must be agreed at least 24 hours in advance with our staff, are subject to availability and in addition to 11:00 hours may require the cost of €15.00 for each hour requested;

• The kitchen top and all the dishes must be cleaned and stored correctly in the appropriate spaces. Failure to comply with this condition will cost a penalty of €100.00. 

• it is strictly forbidden to behave in ways that do not comply with the laws in force as well as the use of our properties for receptions, private parties, events or multimedia productions. We ask you to respect the quiet hours provided in the condominiums, which generally run from 23:00 to 8:00;

• We love pets, who are welcome at the apartments. It is necessary to declare before entry the presence of a pet and there is a cost of € 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights, for the sanitation of the rooms following the stay;

• the confirmation of each reservation is subject to the acceptance by the guests of the obligations and rules provided for in the contract and the approval of in its entirety;

• smoking is strictly prohibited in our properties (including i-Qos, e-cigarettes and shisha);

• guests have the right to report, within 12 hours of their entry, any details of the cleaning that were not at the level of their expectations, it will be our priority to arrange an appointment with our staff as soon as possible to arrange what has been reported;

• if it is necessary to request the assistance of our maintenance service, we guarantee a response in the same day if you contact us by 17:00. Alternatively, we will schedule the intervention for the next day.
