Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home on London Street in San Francisco! This charming residence is a great choice for families, groups of friends, and business travelers seeking a safe and friendly base to explore the city.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire second floor of the home, providing a private living space complete with its own entrance, private kitchen, and private living room. While the host occupies the first floor via a separate entrance, you will have total privacy throughout your stay. The home features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 9 guests.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized across four rooms, each equipped with its own private TV:

• Bedroom 1: Two queen-size beds, desk, chair, and nightstand.
• Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed, one twin bed, desk, chair, nightstand, and a closet.
• Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed, desk, chair, and nightstand.
• Bedroom 4: One queen-size bed, chair, and nightstand. (Please note: Room 5 is used for host storage and is not accessible to guests).

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out: Subject to availability at a fee of $25 per hour.
• Parking: Please do not park on the sidewalk. Street sweeping occurs Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Turn wheels toward the curb and engage the emergency brake. Guests are responsible for any parking tickets.
• House Rules: No parties or events, no pets, and no drug or weed use. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted; no outside visitors without permission.
