HOUSE RULES

ALOHA and Welcome to Ko'Olina,

• Check in is at 4:00pm. Please don't try to check-in early unless pre-arranged as we need this time to prepare the home for your arrival.
• Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed on the property. We do not allow parties on the property. This includes weddings or receptions. Daytime gatherings are limited to 12 people in/outside the home.
• Please be considerate to your new neighbors! Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8am. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
• Park all vehicles in the garage or designated onsite guest parking area. Parking in the street will incur a violation and a $150 charge per incident.
• Please observe the Hawaiian style by removing your shoes upon entering.
• Clean any spills up immediately. Do not cut anything directly on the countertops; use dishware or the cutting boards that are provided.
• Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil/lotion on.
• Wash all sand off before entering the interior of the home using the hose on the back patio.
• Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets or miscellaneous items down the garbage disposal.
• Please turn off all lights and fans while out to conserve energy.
• NO SMOKING in the unit. A $150 penalty will be strictly enforced!
• NO PETS in the unit.
• The linen/pillows for the sofa bed is in the storage bench near the dining room table. Please do not allow guests to sleep on the sofa without utilizing the sofa bed.
• You can receive packages sent via private carriers that get delivered to the front door if you choose, but we WILL NOT assume ANY responsibility for tracking, safeguarding, or collecting said items.
• If anything goes wrong or is unsatisfactory during your stay please let us know as soon as possible so that we can have the opportunity to make it right!

Follow these Checkout Procedures to avoid Extra Fees/Penalties:

• Checkout time is 10:00 am. Late checkout can be arranged for an additional fee (unless there are extenuating circumstances).
• Refrain from leaving excessive amounts of opened items in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry.
• Take all trash to the designated Trash collection point. (White shed area along the main road to the left of the unit) Additional trash collection may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Place all remotes (Roku, cable, ceiling fan) back in original positions (Night stands, console, wall mounts). Lost remotes will result in a $25 charge.
• Place garage door opener on kitchen counter (to the left of the sink). Lost opener will result in a $100 charge.
• Please check your car for any items that are supposed to remain at the house prior to departure to prevent any accidental charges.
• Turn off all lights, TVs and fans.
• If anything becomes lost/damaged/broken please notify us immediately!
• Starting a load of laundry/washing dishes is not necessary, but greatly appreciated!
