Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Access is via self check-in with a lockbox. As a garden-level home in a 5-unit building, please note there is no elevator and access requires stairs and a sloped approach. Because it is a lower-level unit, light sleepers may hear footsteps from neighbors above. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and vaping of any substance are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors; violations may result in a $150 penalty. There is no private outdoor space available.
