The check in is after 4:00 pm and check out before 10:00 am.

We sign car rental agreement at the time of check in.

The deposit of 800€ is taken in cash at the time of check in (we do not accept checks or cards) and it will be returned at the time of check out, after checking the condition of the camper.

You must have a driving license category B for at least 3 years and be over 21 years old or be over 22 years old and have it for at least 2 years. 4a. If you are younger than this or you have your driving licence less than that, ask us before booking if you can rent it, after that we may still be able to rent you a motorhome. 4b. Car has manual gearbox, to move around with our campervan, you must have daily experience with driving a manual car for at least 2 years before rental starts (if you can't drive manual car or you don't have enough experience, you can use it only stationary). 4c. You must have a physical ID and driver's license with you (if you have electronic or any non-standard documents, ask us before booking).

It is not allowed to travel outside the island (Sardinia) with our campervan. 5a. Total number of kilometers is unlimited.

At the time of return, the fuel level has to be the same as at the time of check in.

Not allowed:

Always leave the vehicle in 1st gear and with the handbrake engaged while parked.

According to good camping practice, before moving the campervan, you should secure the cabinets and drawers against opening, remove the covers (mats) from all windows (including windows in the back), fold the inside table and place it in the designated place to prevent any damage.

If early check in or later check out is possible you can extend a day for a fee of 10€/h.

If any damage occurs to the camper during your trip, you are obliged to notify us immediately upon noticing it.

The car has basic insurance. 12a. The deposit will be retained in whole or in part only if the damage is your fault. If, for example, the damage to our car is caused by the fault of another car, the deposit will not be retained, under the condition you take the required information from the driver who caused the collision. 12b. It is extremely important to immediately prepare a note/accident report and have it signed by the other party. It must include the car brand, model, registration number of both vehicles, personal information of both drivers (such as first name, last name, driver's license number, home address), other party's name of the insurance company and number of the insurance. It also must contain a description of the collision and information that he admits to being responsible for causing the accident. It is also advisable to take photos of the situation and cars immediately after the incident, without moving the vehicles. Inform us immediately after the accident. 12c. If other damage occurs (caused by your fault), the cost of which is not specified in the contract, the entire deposit will be withheld until a repair estimate is received. Once the repair cost is received, the remaining deposit will be refunded via bank transfer.

If you discharge the car battery, we charge 50€+ (depending on the distance) for getting to you and starting the car again. If you can handle it yourself, buy cables or ask someone to help you, then you do not pay. 13a. Remember to turn off the lights before turning off the engine and do not leave the keys in the ignition without the engine running.

Calling private roadside assistance for a reason caused by you is at your expense.

Car has gps tracker for safety purposes.

Failure to comply with rental rules will result in the deposit being retained or additional fees will apply.

If you want to self check-in or if only self check-in is possible, the deposit can be paid only by bank transfer or revolut.
