To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information. Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided upon request for an additional fee. A security deposit of €490 is required upon arrival (via cash or two non-cashed checks of €400 for damages and €90 for cleaning), which will be returned or destroyed within a week of departure if the property is left in its original condition. Please be aware that the rental does not include end-of-stay cleaning; guests are expected to return the property in the same clean condition as arrival, though professional cleaning can be ordered for a fee.
