Rental term This property is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, as determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances will a guest be able to claim any right to remain on the premises outside of this period. Check-in and checkout Check-in times are in the afternoon from 4 p.m. Check-out times are in the morning before 11am. Cleaning time must take place on the day of departure, before the cutoff time. Supplies provided This accommodation is rented with bedding (bed bases and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to wrap mattresses, pillowcases, and duvet covers. Sheets and other linens (bedding, towels, tea towels...) are provided upon request. Use of the premises All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heater or air conditioning . All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper. Use only septic tank compatible products. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause. Safety and decorative guidelines Please respect the tranquility of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In case of conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude customers causing the trouble. For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. in the morning. Smoking inside the listing is strictly forbidden. Cleaning Package Please make sure not to leave the accommodation messy, ensuring in particular tidying up furniture, items and dishes. Garbage Garbage cans are available to welcome pets Only the rental agreement specifies if the tenant has the permission to stay with his pet. If applicable, the tenant agrees to keep the rental in a state of impeccable cleanliness, under no circumstances letting the presence of an animal appear during the stay, including outside the accommodation. Pets should never be left in the space in the absence of their owner. Any damage due to animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant. In case of issue In case of breakdown or malfunction, please let us know immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No troubleshooting or repair refunds will be considered without our consent. In case of breakage, loss or damage please report it during your trip, even if no damage seems apparent.
