This stunning residence features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The layout is designed for flexibility and privacy: two bedrooms are located on the third floor, while the first floor hosts a secluded, quiet self-sufficient studio. This ground-floor bedroom includes its own small kitchenette and mini fridge, though it is accessed from the outside and is not interconnected with the rest of the house. Each bedroom is an ensuite with a king-sized bed, and a convenient half-bath serves the main floor.

While the property consists of two separate living structures, guests have full private access to the Main House. The interior is appointed with high-end details, including Egyptian cotton sheets, plush towels, and AC units in every room, including the living room. A professional kitchen is a standout feature, equipped with a gas range, exhaust, Vitamix blender, French press, and dishware from Crate & Barrel. For relaxation, the living room offers a large, comfy chaise sofa and a 65-inch television.

For security, guests are responsible for their personal belongings; however, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard for an additional cost. Traveler insurance is highly encouraged.
