House Rules

The Hungarian government stipulates that verified caterers must enter their guests' personal data and length of stay in the national database. • Due to the mandatory provision of national data, all guests must send a copy/photograph of their passport/identity card, valid address, and email address. We provide our guest the opportunity to complete the registration online, following the GDPR rules. Unless it has been completed, we have to refuse to send our guests the access details of the apartment.

• It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SMOKE INSIDE the perimeters of all accomodation. Please note that if someone smokes in the apartment, the fine amount of 100 Euro, and the cost of ozone air disinfection will be charged to the guest.

• Please always close the apartment door when you are out in the city and do not leave the windows open. • Please note that arrival and check-in is possible after 15:00 (15:00). • Please take care of the apartment and the equipment and furniture! You are responsible for any damage. • Save energy: turn off the lights and AC and turn down the heat when you go out. • Please also take care of your keys, they are expensive and difficult to copy. • Please note that if you lose your keys, the replacement cost is €100 /set must be paid. • No additional guests may stay in the apartment other than those registered. • Please note that we give you all the necessary details on how to enter the building and the apartment. If you arrive between 10 PM - 8 AM and you are not able to enter the building or open the master lock / the apartment's door by yourself and me or one of my collages needs to go there to help you and it is proven that nothing is wrong with the information or the locks, that extra service cost you €100. If the locks are broken and it is not your fault, we take all the responsibilities and costs. In case of loosing, breaking or taking the umbrellas with you, 15 Euro reimbursement fee has to be paid per item.

• Please note, that we provide apartment service, you’ll arrive to a fully cleaned and prepared apartment, with the following amenities:

• 1 bath towel per person / stay • 1 hand towel per bathroom 1 duvet and pillow per person / stay • 1 kitchen towel per stay Additional amenities or cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee.

According to Hungarian regulations, we are required to request a copy of our guests’ personal identification documents (such as an ID card or passport) prior to their arrival. This process is carried out through a dedicated application, which will also include the code for the key box or smart lock, along with all other necessary information for accessing the apartment.
