1. Guests are required to provide a photo ID for verification of identity.
2. You must be at least 25 years old to rent. Security deposit will be required if reservation is accepted under age
3. Smoking, vaping, and drug use is not allowed in the house,
4. No excessive noise past 11 pm outside.
5. No trespassing, including the empty lots next to our homes or neighbors driveways..
6. No gun shooting, fireworks or sky lanterns of any kind.
7. You must sign a rental agreement.
8. Must be verified by PMS system.

Please be respectful of the property. Be kind to it. -Please be aware of the check-in/check-out times and plan travel accordingly. -No parties, gatherings, or events allowed. -No smoking of any substance allowed anywhere in, or on the property. Smoking will incur a penalty of $250.00 -Disorderly conduct and/or over intoxication leading to disruptive behavior is not allowed. -No illegal substances allowed on the premises. -No illegal activity allowed on the premises. -No candles (flame) -Minor children (under 18 yrs.) must be supervised by an adult. -No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight. -No third-party bookings. The person who booked, must be in the group that is staying. This will result in immediate termination of stay without refund. -No pets allowed. -Please respect the noise curfew of 11pm -Please don’t rearrange the furniture. -Unauthorized late checkout fee - $200 per hr -Unauthorized late checkout lasting 2 hours+ incurs the full day fee without discounts which does not award you the property for the day. Any refund made to incoming guests due to your late checkout you are responsible to pay. -A non-refundable reservation will not be refunded. It is always recommended to purchase travel insurance for your trip.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. • Guest Verification, After booking, the primary guest must complete a short registration form and sign our rental agreement within 24 hours. This is a standard process for vacation rentals and helps verify guest information and confirm house rules.

• Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

We’re happy to include one propane tank with your stay! 😊 If you happen to need additional tanks during your visit, they are available for $25 per tank! Any additional charges will be conveniently processed through Airbnb at the end of your stay!
