Remember that it will be your home during your stay. • Respect neighbors' space (keep music and/or TV low volume). • Quiet between 8 pm and 8 am (all night) • We do not tolerate prostitution or drugs. The authorities will be notified immediately. • Please report damages immediately. We like to keep our house organized. • Visitors are authorized if they notify us before 6pm; you must notify us of the names of the visitors. Also remember to keep a decent visit out of respect for the neighbors. • Parties and events are forbidden. • We welcome RNT requirements • Check-in is anytime after4PM • Check out is no later than 1:00 PM
