Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests within approximately 60 m², the layout is optimized for comfort and versatility. The dedicated bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 x 200). For additional guests, the living room is equipped with another comfortable double bed (140 x 200) and a convenient sofa that converts into a double bed (140 x 200). Entertainment is provided via a flat-screen TV complete with an Amazon FireTV stick and ZattooLive TV functionality. The apartment also features a large daylight bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

While general amenities are managed via the digital system, the home features a separate, fully equipped kitchen for your convenience, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
