The interior has been newly renovated and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. The layout features a spacious living room that serves as the hub of the home, complete with a dedicated dining area and a dining table. For those preparing meals, the studio includes a well-equipped kitchen area. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to maximize space; the primary sleeping area is a cozy "cocoon" space located on a mezzanine, which is accessed via a small staircase. For groups of more than two, a comfortable sofa bed is available to accommodate additional guests. The bathroom is finished with a large, refreshing shower.

While the studio is designed for maximum convenience, please note that for bookings of more than 2 people, a complete linen kit is available for an additional €20 for the duration of the stay. This kit includes both bed and bathroom linen and can be requested at the time of booking.

Location is everything, and this studio places you exactly where you want to be. It is located a stone's throw from the Montpellier train station and is just a 10-minute walk from the iconic Place de la Comédie. For effortless city travel, a tram stop is conveniently located only 100 meters away.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (In-person handover is possible during this window; after 7:00 PM, a key box is used)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM via key box
• Sunday Access: Physical entry is not possible on Sundays; access is exclusively via the key box
