Parking: One reserved parking space is included with your stay. Public and street parking are available nearby for additional vehicles. Boats, trailers, motorhomes, oversized vehicles, or additional vehicles are not permitted in the private parking area and are prohibited on the property without prior written approval.

Occupancy & Guest Policy: The individual who made the reservation is required to be present during the stay. Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests declared at the time of booking. No additional individuals are permitted on the premises without prior written approval. Any violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay, eviction from the property, and forfeiture of all payments made. Exterior security cameras are in use to monitor compliance with this policy.

Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Pets may not be left unattended on the property at any time. Violations of this policy will result in immediate eviction. Additional pet fees or security deposits may apply.
