Designed for comfort and flexibility, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with a thoughtful layout. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom featuring a 140 cm double bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. For additional versatility, the living room includes a 140 cm double sofa bed. The home is completed by one well-appointed bathroom.

This air-conditioned residence is thoughtfully outfitted to ensure a seamless stay. Guests will find a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. For dining, a solid oak table provides seating for four, with additional folding chairs available. Entertainment is provided via a flat-screen TV located on the first floor. To support a sustainable stay, eco-friendly cleaning products are provided free of charge, including glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, and liquid hand soap. Bed linen and kitchen towels are included, though guests are kindly asked to bring their own bath towels.

Sérignan is a lively destination throughout the year. The apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy a large local market held three times a week right outside the door. During July and August, the village transforms with an evening arts and crafts market every Tuesday and a farmers' market every Thursday. Guests can immerse themselves in free festivals and entertainment, such as the Street Festival, Festa Bocca, and the Saint-Roch celebrations. For beach lovers, the coast is just 4 km away, accessible via a dedicated cycle path or a convenient summer shuttle bus. Local shops are within walking distance, and a shopping center is located only 1 km away.

Practical details include a free public car park with video surveillance just a 3-minute walk from the property. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This is a non-smoking apartment, although smoking is permitted on the balcony. Please note that pets are not allowed. During the peak season (from the first Saturday in July to the third Saturday in August), rentals are weekly only, with arrivals and departures occurring on Saturdays. Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy upon departure.
