A second fully equipped bathroom with a shower cubicle serves the home. For added convenience, a spacious dressing room provides ample storage for your clothes and suitcases.

Living spaces are generous and refined. The double living room blends a cozy seating area with armchairs and a sofa bed with a dedicated dining area. The kitchen area is well-appointed with a four-burner hob, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and fridge. Outside, the private terrace offers spectacular views of the town centre, the beach, and the shimmering sea, complete with sun loungers, a wrought-iron table and chairs, and an outdoor shower.

Architecturally, the villa is an impressive example of classical Mediterranean style, characterized by stunning vaulted ceilings, arches, and niches. This recently refurbished space seamlessly pairs modern comforts with an enduring magical charm.

Located along Via Monte, the property is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the main beach and village centre. Please note that there are approximately 100 steps down from the nearest bus stop or car drop-off point. Due to the local geography, using a car to navigate Positano is highly discouraged.
