Guests will have full access to the entire 2-bedroom deluxe suite, including the private bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, dining space, full kitchen, and balcony.
As part of the resort, guests also enjoy access to all on-site amenities:

Parking is available for an additional fee (subject to availability, payable to the resort).

During your stay
I prefer to give my guests space, but I am on island and always around if you need anything!

Timeshare Resort – This unit is part of the Wyndham Vacation Ownership resort. Guests will check in at the front desk just like a hotel stay. A valid ID and credit card for incidentals are required.
Room Assignment – The photos represent the resort’s 2-Bedroom Deluxe layout. The exact view, floor level, and furnishings may vary by unit.
Parking – Paid parking is available through the resort (subject to availability).
Housekeeping – Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings may be requested for an additional fee.
Supplies – A starter set of toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies is provided. Guests may purchase additional items nearby if needed.
Check-in / Check-out – Standard Wyndham times apply (typically 4:00 PM check-in, 10:00 AM check-out). Late check-outs are not guaranteed.
No Smoking / No Pets – Per resort policy.
Resort Amenities – Access to all shared resort amenities (pool, fitness center, lounges) is included with your stay.

💵 Potential Fees for Guests
Parking: Wyndham charges a nightly fee for parking in their on-site garage (usually around $40 per night, subject to change). Guests pay this directly to the resort if they bring a car.
Resort/Occupancy Fees: Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk does not typically charge a “resort fee” like hotels, but always confirm with the front desk if any occupancy or state-mandated fees apply. TAT may be charged directly to guests.
Housekeeping (optional): Daily housekeeping is not included. Guests may request additional cleanings or towel exchanges through the front desk for an extra charge.
Security Deposit/Incidental Hold: At check-in, the resort places a hold on a credit card (usually $250–$300). This is refunded at check-out if there are no damages or incidental charges.
