The suite is completed by a full kitchen and dining area, a washer/dryer, and a furnished balcony or patio offering beautiful mountain views.

• Booking Limit: Limited to one confirmation every 3 years per membership for non-Breckenridge owners.
• Fees: A mandatory resort fee of $20 USD plus tax per unit/night is charged at check-in. A refundable security deposit is also due at check-in.
• Parking: Limit one spot per unit. Daily fees apply ($15/night normally; tiered rates from $39-$42/night during winter starting 12/1).
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted on-site. There is no A/C in the unit.
