Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed with private deck access and a flat screen TV in the primary room, along with two additional bedrooms each featuring a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The two full bathrooms provide a stand-up shower in one and a tub/shower combo in the other.

Inside, you will find cozy interiors and mountain charm, including a living room with a seasonal gas fireplace and an upstairs sitting area that overlooks the main living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware, and includes a drip coffee maker. The exterior is a true highlight, featuring a private back upper deck, a front upper deck with tranquil water views, and a lower deck equipped with a hot tub and riverfront access.

Located in Gatlinburg's coveted Roaring Fork area, the chalet is just 0.9 miles from downtown, making it walkable to the Parkway's shops and dining. The iconic Roaring Fork Stream flows straight from the national park past your deck, and a trolley stop is conveniently located at the beginning of the road.

• Parking: Private paved driveway for 2 vehicles max
• Rules: No pets, no smoking or vaping, and no parties or events

Additional Notes: 4x4 vehicles are recommended for winter weather or exploring the Smokies. Guests should be mindful that bears and wildlife are common; please do not feed them and keep vehicles locked. The gas fireplace is seasonal (October–March). Starter supplies of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry pods are provided. All communication must be conducted through the website messenger.
