The layout includes two master suites with en suite bathrooms—one featuring a king-size bed and the other a king bed with a jetted whirlpool tub and separate large shower. A main loft provides additional sleeping space with two queen beds, while a memory foam sleeper sofa in the living area ensures everyone has a place to rest.

The second level is a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, foosball, air hockey, Golden Tee, and classic arcade games, along with a large selection of board games and DVDs.
