Designed for comfort and flexibility, the property features a thoughtful townhouse layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, while two additional bedrooms are situated on the first floor, all of which are fully air conditioned to ensure a restful stay. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Outdoor living is at the heart of this experience. A comfortable terrace overlooks a private garden, providing a breathtaking vantage point for watching the sunset over the lagoon. For those who love the outdoors, the property includes an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue grill for alfresco dining. The indoor living space is well-appointed with a smart TV featuring Netflix and high-speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with an oven, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Located in a typical fisherman's village, the bungalow is situated directly in front of a shallow lagoon. Families with small children will love the small natural pool protected by rocks, while those seeking deeper waters can find them just past the rocks where the boats anchor. Grand Gaube offers a peaceful alternative to the busier Grand-Baie, located just 15-20 minutes away by car. The capital, Port-Louis, is approximately a 45-minute drive.

To ensure a seamless stay, the bungalow is serviced daily by Laetitia (excluding weekends and public holidays). We are happy to assist with your needs, including preparing local dishes if you provide the ingredients.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: No on-site parking. Please use the free beach parking 200 meters away or roadside parking to the right of the property.
• Fees: A Tourist Fee of €3 per adult (12+) per night is required by the Mauritius Revenue Authority and collected in cash at check-in if not prepaid.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed.
• Recommendation: Renting a car is highly recommended for grocery shopping and island exploration.
