About Property

Discover the magic of the Pacific Northwest at 'Woods Landing', a beautiful nature preserve located on the banks of the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington. This gorgeous property is a haven for nature seekers, consisting of forests, meadows, streams, and a riverbank where you can spot deer and eagles, all while remaining conveniently located right across the I-205 bridge from the PDX Airport.

Designed as a home away from home, the interior features a large, sprawling layout that blends old original wood beam high ceilings with unique updated finishes. The home is uniquely set up to provide privacy for more than one group, offering five bedrooms, five queen-sized beds, and three bathrooms. Guests can enjoy multiple living spaces, including a family room with tall exposed wood ceilings and a separate living room with a private entrance to the river trail. The sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged: Bedroom 1 features a private entrance to the backyard and a hallway-attached bathroom, while Bedrooms 2 through 5 each include a dedicated desk space. The master bathroom has been newly remodeled with a fresh tub and shower combo.

Dining and cooking are a breeze with two kitchens and three dining areas. The first kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, double oven, and two sinks, leading to a dining area with direct access to the back deck. A second kitchen and dining space for four provide additional convenience. Outside, the sprawling deck is the most charming part of the home, featuring a secluded picnic bench and a one-of-a-kind view of the water.

Location & Neighborhood: Set in a wooded area on the Columbia River, the property offers private beach access for canoeing, tubing, or relaxation. It is an immersive experience in a natural habitat, though guests should be aware that being in the PNW forest means occasional visits from friendly creatures like spiders.
