Inside, guests will find a cozy living area anchored by a large 55-inch flat screen smart TV with all streaming options and a dedicated desk and chair for those needing a workspace. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, blender, and fridge, with dining seating for four.

Located in an amazing Hoboken neighborhood, the property is surrounded by vibrant local shops and restaurants. Essentials are within easy reach, with a Shop Rite grocery store just a 6-minute walk away. Exploring the area is simple via the HOP, Light Rail, or the 14th Street Ferry. • No extra or overnight guests without prior confirmation
• No mail or packages delivered to the property
• No rearranging furniture or unplugging electronics
• No pre-check-in bag storage (local options available via Bounce at the UPS Store)

For security, there is an active recording camera at the front entrance and a noise decibel monitor inside the unit. No indoor cameras are present.
