Condominium regulations prohibit hanging clothes, towels, or garments on the balcony railing.

Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary towels, tampons, or any other object down the toilet. Please note that drain pipes in Mexico clog very easily and are not designed for that. Use the trash can.

If you decide to rent bikes during your stay, to avoid damage, please note that it is not allowed to take them up in the elevator (we have already had previous incidents). You can take them to the underground parking lot by going down the stairs or the entrance ramp.

In order to keep the apartment and the linens clean and in good condition, for MEDIUM STAYS (one month or more), at least two cleanings with a change of linens are provided during the month. One cleaning is already included in the reservation, the other has an additional charge of $850 MXN (Includes cleaning and change of linens: towels and sheets). If you need extra cleaning, please request it from the host.

For medium stays, keep in mind that because it is a warm place, electricity costs are high. Please turn off the A/C and lights when not needed. NOTE: For stays of two months or more, electricity is included up to $1000 MXN Pesos. If the electricity bill exceeds that amount, the difference will be charged.

Towels are for exclusive use inside the building, it is NOT allowed to take them to the beach.
