HOUSE RULES:

ENERGY SOBRIETY: The heating of the apartment is set at 21° C in order to respect the government's energy sobriety plan. Heating is on from November 1-March 31 inclusive.

REQUIRED FOR THE STAY: Upon arrival, you will find, free of charge, the essential products necessary for you to settle in and enjoy your first moments in the accommodation with peace of mind.

This gesture allows you to start your stay without having to worry about shopping right away, and to have the essentials from the moment you arrive.

• 1 sponge • 1 garbage bag • 1 towel • 1 dishwasher tablet • Ground coffee • Tea • Sugar • Salt • Pepper • Peanut oil • Balsamic vinegar

Bathroom 🚿 side

• Shampoo • Body Wash • 1 bath towel per person for stays of 1 to 5 days (appropriate quantity for longer stays) • 1 roll of toilet paper

🧴 Products available for you

To ensure a comfortable stay, various products are also provided free of charge in the accommodation, including:

• Salt, pepper, oils and balsamic vinegars • Shampoo and shower gel • Dish soap • Hand cleansing cream in the kitchen and bathrooms • Cleaning products necessary for the proper functioning and maintenance of the accommodation • As well as the various products and consumables present in the property upon your arrival

These products are available for your comfort during your stay. However, they remain the property of the accommodation and are in no way products offered or intended to be taken away by guests.

We therefore kindly ask you to leave them on the premises upon your departure, even if they have been opened or partially used.

In order to ensure the comfort of subsequent guests and to maintain the accommodation properly stocked, any container, bottle, or product normally present in the accommodation upon your arrival and found to be missing after your departure may be reported to Airbnb and be the subject of a request for reimbursement, in accordance with the conditions applicable to the booking and the supporting documents available.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and kindness in this matter.

🌿 For multi-day stays

The products provided free of charge are intended to cover your initial needs and allow you to start your stay comfortably.

Once these have been used, their renewal for the rest of the stay remains your responsibility. Thank you for understanding in advance.

If any of these items are missing upon your arrival, we apologize and kindly ask that you let us know. We'll do what's necessary in a timely manner.

CHECKOUT: Check-out is imperatively at 11:00 AM maximum. Any overrun will result in a penalty of €30 per hour started, to be paid to the cleaner or deducted from the bank imprint.

SAFETY: For your safety, a camera with motion detector is installed outside the apartment, facing only the front door.

GUESTS: No guests will be allowed in the apartment, whether by day or night, even for a few minutes, for health, tranquility and safety reasons. In the event of non-compliance, a penalty of €50 per guest or guest per night will be charged the bank deposit.

RULES OF CONDUCT:

No smoking/vaping: The apartment is strictly no smoking/vaping. In the event of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be charged to the bank card.

No parties or parties: Any violation will result in a penalty of €500, with no refund.

Respect for the neighborhood: Please avoid any noise after 10 p.m.

🐾 Pets and cleanliness Pets are allowed under conditions: Animals are absolutely prohibited on the couch and on the bed. Penalties may be applied in case of non-compliance,

ADDITIONAL RULES:

Illegal download: Any illegal activity, including illegal downloading, is strictly prohibited.

Damage and damage: Any broken or damaged item will need to be refunded or deducted from the security deposit.

Occupancy: The apartment is intended for up to 2 people (all ages). The person booking must be major and part of the trip.

Bikes: Bikes are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

CANCELLATION: In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the reservation will be canceled immediately without refund.
