Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (less $25 fee) if cancelled more than 13 days prior to arrival; 50% refund (less $25 fee) if cancelled more than 6 days prior. No refunds are issued within 6 days of arrival. Exceptions are made for state-mandated evacuation orders or I-5 road closures.
