The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate your group, featuring a King bed in the first bedroom, a Double bed and a Twin bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest.

While the interior is designed for relaxation, the surrounding community offers wonderful features to enhance your stay:

The mid-island location also provides convenient access to Hilton Head's miles of bike paths, shopping, and various island attractions.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note the following house rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a pet-friendly villa (limited to one dog), though guests must pick up after their pets; excess hair or damage will result in additional charges. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa or on the patio, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Additionally, E-Bikes are not permitted within the community. A grill is provided, though propane levels are not guaranteed; reimbursement is available with a paid receipt if a refill is required.
