While the interior is modern and refined, the building retains its original character; please note that this pretty little Provençal house, consisting of only three apartments, does not have an elevator.

I would love to host you in our little 4-star Cannes "paradise". You will be staying in one of the oldest bourgeois residences in Cannes (1840). This gives it a typically Provençal charm and a truly exceptional location. This "Provencal spirit" is found in its high-end services and very cozy decoration. The charm also works in the attic with its beams that are almost two hundred years old.
But these many advantages have some small disadvantages: The beautiful beams limit the height in the attic. While the duplex has very high level amenities, the pretty little Provencal house (3 apartments) does not have an elevator. Moreover, Cannes Provencal Paradise is not a "holiday club" but a residential place of residence. It is a place of life in its own right, you will feel - I hope so! - at home. As such, excessive noise (music, shouting, untimely noise, etc.) is to be avoided for the comfort of all.
