Designed for relaxation, the interior layout consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first room, a Double bed and a Twin bed in the second, and a Queen bed in the third, along with a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Inside, you will find a cozy and welcoming space. The spacious living room features a 65” smart TV, with a total of four flat-screen TVs throughout the unit—perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a Keurig, making meals and mornings easy and enjoyable. Room-specific details include a washer and dryer, central heating and air, and wireless internet to ensure a seamless stay.

Step outside to enjoy the beautifully updated oceanfront pool (renovated in 2026), along with a kiddie pool and outdoor hot tub. The complex also provides a grilling area, tennis and pickleball courts, an outside shower for easy beach clean-up, an elevator, and two on-site parking spaces.

• Linens: Not furnished. Must be arranged in advance for $35.00 per bed (includes 1 fitted/flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths). Hand, kitchen, and beach towels are not provided.
• Essentials: Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, no trailers, and no motorcycles.
• Policies: Minimum check-in age is 25. Families only; house parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. A valid Visa or MasterCard and a signed rental agreement are required for check-in.
