Guest acknowledges that bicycling carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, traffic hazards, and equipment malfunction. Guest assumes full responsibility for inspecting the bicycle(s) prior to use, agrees that use is voluntary and at Guest's own risk, and agrees to use a helmet. Host makes no warranty as to the condition or fitness of the bicycle(s) for any particular purpose. Guest is responsible for ensuring that any minor riding a bicycle is properly supervised and, where required by law, wears a helmet. Guest, on behalf of themselves and all occupants and invitees, releases and holds harmless the Host, property owner(s), and property manager from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the bicycle(s), except to the extent caused by Host's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Bunk Beds. The Property includes bunk bed(s). Guest acknowledges the inherent risks associated with bunk beds, including falls from the upper bunk. Guest agrees that children using the upper bunk must be of an age and size appropriate for safe use (guidelines generally recommend the upper bunk not be used by children under 6 years old) and must be supervised by a responsible adult. Guest assumes full responsibility for assigning sleeping arrangements appropriately among occupants. Guest, on behalf of themselves and all occupants and invitees, releases and holds harmless the Host, property owner(s), and property manager from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the bunk bed(s), except to the extent caused by Host's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

General. By booking and staying at the Property, Guest acknowledges having read and understood this waiver, confirms that all occupants (or their parents/guardians, in the case of minors) will be made aware of these risks, and agrees to the terms above as a condition of using these amenities.
