10:00 PM quiet time - We request that guests go off property to an entertainment venue if they would like to be entertained after 10:00PM. The house is equipped with NoiseAware decibel monitoring devices which will alert the host to any unreasonable noise levels.

This vacation rental is limited to 4 guests.

No pets. We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, this house is not properly set up to accommodate a pet.

No smoking anywhere on the property, regardless whether it is indoors or outdoors. This is a strictly no smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed.

No exceptions to Check-In and Check-Out times unless previously approved by the host, in writing. We may allow an early check-in or late-check out if there is a vacancy on the day before or after your stay, but this must be pre-approved. Changes to check-in and check-out times may be subject to an additional fee.

Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB. Guests are required to treat the home with care and take all necessary precautions to ensure the property is in the same condition when you leave as when you arrived. We understand that accidents do happen and will gladly work with you in the unfortunate chance that you damage something during your stay. Please report any damage during your stay immediately to the host so that we can make accommodations to have it repaired before the next guest checks in.

Guests must dispose of their garbage in the trash cans located in the garage.

Do not use the premises for any illegal activities. Illegal activities will not be tolerated and will result in your immediate eviction, without refund. No illegal activity is permitted anywhere within the residence or within the condo complex.

No parties or events! Parties and/or events will not be tolerated by the host or the residents of the community. The police will be called upon any indication of a party or event. No exceptions.

Any commercial photography/videography using the property must be preapproved by the host and in writing.
