The living space is designed for ease and comfort, consisting of a 36m² interior complemented by a private terrace. The layout features one bedroom equipped with a bed for two people and a closet, as well as a dedicated cabin containing two bunk beds to accommodate guests. The living room serves as a central hub for relaxation, featuring a sofa, television, and the convenience of air-conditioning. For your practical needs, the bathroom includes a sink and shower, while the toilet is located in a separate room.

While the structured amenities are limited, the apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator-freezer, induction hob, microwave, and washing machine. Guests also benefit from the security of private parking (spot n°525) accessed via an automatic gate, and the residence offers dedicated bicycle storage for those looking to explore the area on two wheels. The residence also features a pétanque court, adding a touch of local charm to your stay.
