Both a photo ID and Major Credit/Debit Card ($250 refundable security deposit) are required for check-in. The name on Photo ID has to match the name on the reservation. If you need to change the guest's name for any reason, there will be an additional charge of $100 per change, so make sure the guest you want on the reservation is there to check-in. They will not let anyone else check-in for your party. Wyndham strictly enforces this. We will use the name on the booking site if we don't get a different name from you within 48 hours.

Your room assignment is assigned at check-in. You can request a location or floor level with the front desk, but there is no guarantee which floor or location you will get (only the room type/size is guaranteed). All rooms are furnished essentially the same. Wyndham updates and refurbishes every 5-10 years so the pictures on this listing may be outdated. The interior room will always be as pictured or better, so pictures may vary.

*Usually two bedroom units have 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom but sometimes it is one queen bed. Please ask if it matters.

Again, unit location and view are assigned by Wyndham are not specific. Our listing photos are stock photos which are not specific to unit you will get. They can be of any unit but give you a good idea of quality you will get. The view from unit photos will be different for every room at the resort.

Sorry, this is lengthy and a bit of an overkill, but we just want to make sure you know what you are getting. We had a complaint that the beds were different when they had been updated and replaced so the headboard was different ;-) You will have a patio if on the 1st floor and deck if you are assigned any upper floor. We put all this in the rules so that the guest has to see it and agree to the rules before booking. Some units are ADA with a roll-in-shower rather than a shower/tub combo in one of the bathrooms.

This is a timeshare resort BUT No timeshare presentation is required. They will ask and offer you a gift. You are free to accept, if you have time... maybe you will want to become an owner but as our guest it is not a part of this rental. Just tell the front desk "NO" if you don't want the gift and a presentation or "Yes" if you do. You won't need to deal with sales again after you get your parking pass. You will get to use all resort amenities just like the owner.

We just want everyone to know exactly what they are booking. Again, photos shown on this listing are not for specific unit or location. All units have the same amenities for the size of room booked. The inside of the unit will look like the pictures on this site or better if the unit has been updated. Wyndham updates fairly frequently, so it's impossible to have exact current pictures for all the units on property. They just have stock photos like a hotel posts.
