The most significant impact will be a walkway resurfacing project involving sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating, which may result in elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours. We appreciate your patience during these updates. Currently, balconies, pools, pickleball courts, beaches, and restaurants remain open, while tennis courts are closed.
