• Mail/Packages: Cannot be sent to the rental
• Guest Requirements: Rented to responsible adults 25 and older; the primary booker must be at least 25 and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking. For cancellations 31+ days before check-in, a full refund is issued minus a $350 fee. For 15-30 days before check-in, a 50% refund is issued minus a $350 fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival. All policies are subject to additional refunds based on re-rental possibilities, excluding non-refundable fees.
