Upstairs, the home offers a variety of options: three bedrooms with King beds, three bedrooms with Queen beds, and three bedrooms featuring twin beds (two per room). This layout ensures a comfortable stay for up to 16 guests.

Please note there is a $100 fee for BBQ use and pool heating is available for $40 per night (minimum 3 nights). To keep the estate pristine, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and no parties or events are allowed. For waste management, please place trash in bags in the brown bin daily; valet trash service is provided every day except Wednesdays and Sundays.
