Guests can enjoy glorious sunrises and plenty of sunshine on the dock and deck thanks to the property's south east exposure.

This inviting home is designed for relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 6 guests. The layout includes an upper-level master bedroom with a queen bed. The lower level houses a first bedroom with a double bed and a double pullout couch, and a second bedroom featuring a three-quarter bed and a twin bed. Additionally, the family room provides a queen pullout couch for extra sleeping capacity. The great room windows offer breathtaking long lake views, and steps lead guests directly down to the sandy beach area and the water.

While general property amenities are limited, the home is equipped for outdoor adventure and indoor fun. Enjoy the fireplace during cozy evenings or challenge your group to a game at the ping pong table. For those seeking water activities, the property provides two kayaks and one canoe. The outdoor space is further enhanced by a propane firepit and a sandy beach with shallow water access, complemented by deep water off the dock.

Located in northeastern Muskoka near the internationally known Algonquin Park, the property is situated in a lively community renowned for its scenic beauty and quaint hamlets. The region features four captivating towns: Baysville, Dwight, Dorset, and Huntsville. Please note that a car is required for access.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (pet waiver required)
• Rules: Primary guest must be 30+ years old. No smoking (electronic or otherwise) inside. No fireworks. No music or loud noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. Do not move furniture.
• Requirements: A rental application with a guest list is required. A damage deposit hold (between $2,000 and $2,500) will be placed on your credit card.
• Note: The property does not have AC.
