  Guest access
  - Access is easy through the main entrance of the building, our apartment is on the 3rd floor, the attic of the building and requires climbing a few steps.
  - The lock box is mounted next to the door of apartment no. 20, and inside is the key that unlocks the door.
  - We have done our best to give you a great experience through our attention to detail. From the comfortable furniture to the modern and elegant decor, every element has been carefully chosen to provide you with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
  
  Other things to note
  - It is required to fill in an accommodation form with all other guest identification data and to provide an identity document before the actual accommodation to receive the check-in instructions.
  
  - Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For this purpose, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access
  
  - To complete the reservation, it is necessary to present a bank card and ensure a deposit of 100 euros. The deposit will be returned no later than 5 days after check-out if there have been no violations of regulations or damage to the property or objects inside.
