The layout includes an open and bright living room connected to the kitchen, providing an immediate sense of amazement with views of the entire pueblo and the sea. A second balcony offers a stunning vista of Pico de Concha, a famous attraction for hikers. The master bedroom is particularly unique, boasting a glass shower in the center of the room and a balcony door leading directly to the main terrace. This mesmerizing terrace surrounds the entire southern part of the home, providing the perfect setting for morning coffee or an evening barbecue.

While the structured amenities list is currently empty, the resort community offers an array of shared facilities including 7 pools (one of which is an indoor heated pool), a restaurant, a bar, a fitness center, and a playground. The property is nestled within over 4,000 m2 of landscaped green spaces. Please note that the gym, spa, and indoor pool are managed by an external company, The Body Expert, with specific operating hours and fees (15€ per week or 20€ per two weeks per person; children under 14 are free). Payment for these services is collected in cash at reception.
