Please provide a full photo of your Citizen Identity or Passport ( with visa if any) of all Guests staying 4 hours before the check-in time for us to complete the LEGAL REGISTRATION of YOUR STAY and send the full guarantee of your stay ( PLEASE PROVIDE THE CHECK-IN INFORMATION BEFORE 21:30 ). Make sure to declare the correct number of people staying at the apartment IF any ARISE must notify and send us the information before 21:30 pm . To update the accommodation declaration for customers . Comply with the rules of the apartment and the building

It is strictly forbidden to organize any activities to organize Violations of the Vietnamese State Law such as : stimulants, drugs, prostitution,etc. If there is a suspicion of Bay Shaking or using stimulants "Drug" in the Apartment, we will immediately report the Regional Police to promptly handle the offence as above. And we will not be responsible for committing crimes before Vietnamese Laws at all.
PLEASE LEAVE THE APARTMENT CARD FULLY AND CLOSE THE DOOR TURN OFF THE ELECTRICITY - TELL THE BOOKING DEPARTMENT WHEN CHECKING OUT.
In case of losing your card, please pay 300,000 / 1 card for Landlord to redo the new card.

Sincerely apologize to you, according to the latest housing law 2025 , currently the use of utilities , swimming pools and gyms are only for residents and long-term tenants of 1 month or more, they need to submit a lease contract and confirm temporary residence registration in the ward police, the new Building Management Board activates and is provided with a fingerprint confirming that it is an official resident living in the building. Temporary residence will lose a service fee of 500,000 VND / person and the time to declare and submit documents from 3-7 working days, so the fingerprint activation is for long-term customers, I sincerely apologize to you for this inconvenience
No party, loud eating and drinking causing insecurity, order and affect residents
Do not smoke inside the apartment (in case of smell, need to handle deodorizing cleaning >>> The cost of customers paying)
● Do not use towels to stomp > >> In case there is a towel change fee of 200,000 VND/ towel
Close the balcony door and windows when using the air conditioner. When going out, turn off all electrical appliances and air conditioners to save electricity and comply with the rules available at the apartment. If violating, you will be fined from 500,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND. (Opening the door when using the air conditioner causes thermal shock, electrical overload will blow the air conditioner circuit when operating over capacity)
There will be an additional fee when customers stay for more than (30 days). Overload electricity usage with a bill of Over 3,000,000 VND (30 days)
