To maintain the tranquility of the property, strict house rules are in place. A minimum stay of 6 nights is required. Parties, birthdays, and outside visits are strictly prohibited. Please be advised that a mandatory security deposit of 900 Euros in cash is required upon arrival to cover air conditioning and large equipment; this is kept in a safe against a receipt and refunded following a successful exit inventory. Vacation checks are not accepted.
