SUITE BE GRAND INTERNAL REGULATIONS

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• All guests must comply with the Suite Be Grand rules.
• The reservation holder will be responsible for verifying that the suite is left in the same conditions as received. In the event of any damage or defect, the holder will be responsible for the expenses incurred for the repair or replacement of the damages caused during the stay. *Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. *The suite will be delivered clean and in perfect condition so the delivery will be in the same conditions. *The use of any type of drug or illegal substance inside the suite is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. *Guests should keep noise down so as not to disturb the neighbors, especially after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 10 pm Sunday through Thursday.
• Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction and loss of the amount paid for the entire stay. *The use of speakers and music in general is allowed, but at a moderate volume. *Guests are strictly prohibited from behaving disrespectfully towards the administrative staff inside the building. *Any damage caused to the property will incur an additional charge as appropriate. *Loss or damage to TV controls carries a $20 charge or its equivalent in pesos. *The maximum number of people who can stay in the Be Grand suite is 4. *Smoking inside the suite is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in a fine. *Bath towels, hand towels, face towels, sheets, and bath mats are exclusively for the use for which they are intended. It is forbidden to use them to remove makeup, clean shoes, or any use that damages them, and there will be a fine according to the damage. *All garbage generated by guests must be deposited in the garbage chute located outside the suite on the left-hand side past the elevators.
• Gatherings in the suite are not allowed. *No visitors allowed

2. POOL REGULATIONS *Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. *You can request a locker and towels from the management staff if required. *The use of a cap and goggles is mandatory.

• Women must wear a one-piece bathing suit. *Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. *No playing music as there is ambient music. *Towels should be left in the bathroom baskets. *You must return the locker key to the administrative staff. *Any violation will be fined.

3. TERRACE RULES *Terrace hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. *Smoking is not permitted on the terraces. *No food is allowed on the terraces, only snacks.

4. GYM RULES

• Gym hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM *You must enter the gym with a small towel for sweat. *You must clean the appliances once you vacate them. *If the gym is full, you must make a reservation with the administrative staff. *Please do not slam dumbbells or equipment. *Any damage to the equipment will be fined.
