About Property

Discover the serene beauty of Tennessee at Hayloft, a unique cantilever-barn type home nestled in the wooded privacy of Townsend. This rustic gem offers a peaceful setting for those seeking the perfect getaway, blending historic architectural inspiration from Cades Cove with grander interior touches like vaulted ceilings and rough pine finishes.

The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. The upper level serves as a private sanctuary, featuring the master suite with a king bed and a large Jacuzzi tub, a spacious living area, and the kitchen. Downstairs, you will find two other charming bedrooms—one with a queen size bed and another featuring two twin size beds—along with a second full bathroom. To ensure a special visit, luxury towels and linens are provided throughout the home.

Inside, the home is filled with character, featuring stained glass accents, antique furniture, and a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace in the great room, perfect for snuggling up on cool mountain nights. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, and the home includes a laundry room, cable TVs, VCRs, a DVD player, and a stereo for your entertainment.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Hayloft experience. A wrap-around glass front and multi-level decks offer serene views of the forest and mountains. Tucked into the trees, you will find a wonderfully relaxing hot tub and a flagstone patio area with a picnic table, ideal for winding down after a day of adventure.

Located near the gated community of Laurel Valley, guests enjoy complimentary access to the Wild Laurel Fitness Center, with swimming pool access available for a small fee. The home is perfectly positioned for exploration, situated just a short drive from Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Foothills Parkway, and the Cades Cove entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
