1. Respect for the neighborhood Please do not drag your suitcases in the hallway to limit noise pollution, as the hard floors can make noise and disturb the residents. No noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., no partying.

2. Number of guests Only the people listed in the reservation are allowed to stay at the listing.

3. No smoking allowed The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. If you smoke, please do so only outside on the deck and use an ashtray.

4. Pets No animals allowed.

5. Respect for the accommodation Please take care of the accommodation and amenities available to you as if they were your own.

6. Waste Please take out the trash and leave the accommodation in good condition upon checkout.

7. Keys and access In case you lose the keys, the replacement fee may be charged.

8. Problem during the stay If there are any problems in the accommodation, please let us know quickly so we can take action as soon as possible.
