Strict policies are in place to ensure a safe stay: no smoking is permitted inside the house, and parties or events are strictly prohibited; violation may result in immediate eviction and legal action. Outside furniture and decorations are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises; any visitors must be approved in advance, and additional guest fees apply ($25 per person, per night after the first 2 guests).

For property maintenance, please do not disconnect any connected devices, including WiFi, as a $150/hr service fee applies for technician visits. Additionally, please use towels carefully to avoid stains and flush only toilet paper to prevent plumbing clogs.
