Dear Guests,

Below, you will find our House Rules. Please review them and note that they must be followed:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment.

2. Smoking outside in the courtyard or by the entrance to the building is permitted. A fine of 60,000 HUF (140€) will be issued if smoke odours are detected inside of the apartment. This fine reflects the cleaning costs of third party companies charge to remove such odours by Ozone generator.

3. No drugs, gambling or other illegal activities are permitted anywhere in the apartment or building grounds.

4. No partying.

5. No unapproved guest(s).

Plans may change and we know our Airbnb guests like to be spontaneous. We want to try to accommodate you, so here are our complementary rules for adding guests-

a) The Apartment will be prepared for the number of guests registered and contained in your reservation confirmation If guests wish to add additional people to their original booking this should be done through Airbnb at least 24 hours prior to arrival or directly to host no less than 6 hours prior to arrival. This gives us time to make sure everything is ready for you when you arrive. You may decide payment options when you contact host

b) Guests who show up at check-in with additional (unregistered) guests and have not given prior notice may not be allowed to bring in additional guests. c) In self-check-in situations we expect that guests will be honest. d) The person making the booking through Airbnb is responsible for any additional guests staying. Host will not accommodate partial booking of nights for the additional guests - they must pay for the total number of nights as the original booking. e) In the event that guests do not report additional unregistered guests, the host will immediately charge the guest’s account by the double nightly price of the actual applied cost for the total nights booked.

In the event of a dispute, we would use the security cameras which are located in the courtyard, stairwell and outside the street of the apartment building to establish proof.

6. Please keep the floors in good condition by REMOVING your outdoor shoes and not dragging luggage or other items across the floor. Slippers for your use can be found in the front entrance area.

7. Please clean used kitchen utensils by check out.

8. Please ensure that lights, air conditioning, heating, water and electrical appliances are off whenever you leave the apartment. We will issue you a warning if we detect that this rule is not being followed. Subsequent breaches of this rule will result in a fine of 10.000 HUF (25 EURO).

9. If your stay at the apartment last beyond 7 days we may insist on mandatory cleaning. I may request, after 7 days, an inspection of the apartment in order to determine its cleanliness. If it is not in a satisfactory condition we will clean the apartment, the cost of such cleaning being charged to you. The discounted cost for such cleaning is 8.500 HUF/20 EURO.

10. Please do not disturb other residents. Refrain from all loud noises inside the apartment, as well the hallways and public areas in the building area. If you arrive after 10PM please try to move rolling luggage quietly (lifting it, if possible) across the courtyard.

11. Please report any damages or issues within 24 hours and before your check out so any such issues can be fairly resolved.

12. Lost keys will result in a charge of 50,000 HUF/120 EURO. This represents the full costs of replacing locks, keys and labour.

13. Utility Fair Use Policy: We reserve the right to charge for utilities if they exceed a normal (measured by the average yearly consumption/ guest/ stays limit.

14. Obligatory Traveller data provision,

National law requires that we hosts provide toward the Central Tourist Agency of Hungary certain information about you prior to your arrival at the AirBnB. I must provide such information to these government agencies no later than your arrival time.

This legislation applies to all AirBnB’s, hotels, hostels and other private accommodation, with penalties for non-compliance.

Please provide here on this platform the following information for ALL travellers staying at the AirBnB:

• Full name (as the name appears in your passport); • Nationality; • Birthplace and date; • Gender; • Passport number ( if you are European Union (EU) citizen your national ID card number will suffice); • Residential address / home address with postal code/ZIP code; and • Photo of your passport(s) information / photo ID page.

If you do not wish to or are unable provide the information above, than unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate you, means that we must to deny your stay with cancellation of your reservation based on the actual Hungarian restrictions.

All personal data and information provided to me will be handled in strict compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation laws. The personal information requested above has been contractually agreed to as appropriate by AirBnB (and its affiliates, Booking/Vrbo etc) and the Hungarian Government.
