While the property focuses on essential comfort, the host maintains a rigorous standard of hygiene. The apartment is cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected on a regular basis by a registered company specializing in disinfection treatments. Particular attention is paid to high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, remote controls, tap mixers, carpets, and curtains to ensure a safe environment. Guests are provided with washed and sterilized linen, sheets, and towels from a professional supplier.

For your convenience, the apartment provides several essentials: bed sheets and a duvet (provided based on the season), two sets of hand, face, and shower towels, liquid soap in dispensers, a standard supply of two toilet paper rolls, and a hairdryer. Please note that food-related items such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and coffee, as well as detergents for dishes or laundry, are not provided for hygiene reasons.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Late check-in fees apply: €30 (9 PM - 11 PM), €40 (11 PM - 12 AM), and €50 after 12 AM. Early check-in may be possible based on availability and host commitments; please inquire upon booking.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Stay Duration: Maximum 30 consecutive non-renewable nights due to licensing restrictions; not suitable for permanent or long-term residency.
• Long-term stays: For rentals exceeding one week, cleaning and linen changes are not included but can be organized upon request via an accredited company. Please contact the host for details before reserving stays longer than a week.
