For additional flexibility, the living area includes a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a lounge equipped with two sofas, a television, and a coffee table, along with the convenience of air conditioning in the living room.
While the property provides a serene retreat, the internal layout is designed for ease, featuring a lift for access to the 4th floor, ample storage space in the bedrooms, and a separate WC for added convenience. - Linens: One kit of sheets and towels provided per bed per stay; additional kits are available for 25€

We will be available by phone or WhatsApp and messaging from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 7 days a week. . LUGGAGE STORAGE: if you need to store luggage, use our partner nannybags (online booking directly on their website) . We can arrange an airport transfer with our preferred partner, please contact us to book this option . BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you're traveling with kids, have a stroller or car seat delivered directly to the apartment, airport or SNCF station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. (Online booking directly on their website) . Please take out your trash before your final departure from the accommodation . The accommodation is non-smoking, any violation of this rule will be charged €150 to cover cleaning and deodorization costs. . A kit of linens and bath towels will be provided for your arrival and on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you want an extra kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the extra kit will be charged from €25 . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption. Only one set of keys will be provided during the stay . The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the booking, any unauthorized presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking or the invoicing of additional guests at the rate of €99 per additional guest per stay . The cleaning fee corresponds to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of the stay, if you want additional cleaning please contact us in advance, we will charge this cleaning as an extra . In case of emergency requiring our intervention we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. . The use of the apartment and all its amenities must be carried out in a prudent and responsible manner and without disturbing the neighborhood . Parking: Free parking can be hard to find. We recommend that you visit the tourist office's website dedicated to parking issues.
