Thank you for staying at Casago. We are confident that you will abide by these Rules and Regulations that are being provided for your convenience and that your stay here will be most pleasurable.

Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and of Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid.

All times quoted in these Rules and Regulations are Mexico Time.

The holder of the reservation must to be, at least 25 years old and bring an official ID with photo and signature (Driver's license or Passport) upon check in.

No offensive, intimidation, threatening behavior will be tolerated. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the unit. Any physical or verbal aggression towards the guard(s) will cause the immediate eviction of the offender and the police can be called if necessary.

If there is anything wrong in your unit at check in time, please notify the front desk within the first 20 minutes (this includes cleaning issues).

No additional persons are allowed to stay in the rental than the ones allowed per unit type. Occupancy: 6 people including children.

All tenants, whether the owner or his or her family or companions, must register at the security booth every time they enter the subdivision.

Only vehicles registered in the rental form will be allowed access to the subdivision. Service vehicles such as taxis, delivery drivers, etc. Will be allowed for short periods. The use of ATV's (quadbikes), RV's (mobile homes), wheels or razors are not allowed on the streets of the subdivision.

Objects other than motorized land vehicles (trailers, boats, pangas, etc) are not permitted to be parked on the road. Casago is not responsible for items left in the condo or house please be sure to lock the units.

It is strictly prohibited to throw garbage on the beach or anywhere in the subdivision. There are 2 containers to deposit garbage, if any incident or tenant is surprised leaving garbage outside the container, a report will be filled.

The use of tents, shades or camping equipment is not permitted within the subdivision.

The use of glass bottles is not allowed in the beach area and common areas, specially in the pool area.

Each extra hour has a charge of $20.00 USD.

Hanging any sort of clothes or towels on terrace rails is prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted in any unit. Out of respect for other guest.

Towels are for the exclusive use of the property, please do not take them out of the house.

Responsible use of water during the stay.

Fireworks, fire guns and drugs are prohibited within the property.

Please do not move furniture, avoid taking things out of the unit, all units have inventory and anything missing, damaged or broken things will be charged to the guest.

NO loud music or noise is allowed before 10:00 am and after 9:00 pm weekdays and 12:00 am Weekends. LIVE MUSICAL GROUPS ARE PROHIBITED.

Pets are not allowed.

The cleaning service will be provided after you check out of your unit.

Please do not leave trash in hallways, place all trash in the designated trash areas, next to the BBQ grills area.

Please return all room keys upon checkout, to avoid a replacement key charge.

ATV's, RV's, Trailers, Jet Ski, Motorcycle, bikes and sand rails must be parked along the designated area.

Casago and Administration are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them.

No pets are allowed.

Please be aware, long term rentals, utilities are charged to tenants. This is electricity and propane; this will also de charged on booking close to a month that pay a monthly fee.

Pool rules

The use of a swimsuit in the pool area is mandatory.

Glassware and glass containers are prohibited at the swimming pool and in the palapa area.

All children under 14 must be with an adult. For your children’s safety, use floatation devices. Please supervise toddlers when wearing swim diapers.

Pets are not permitted in the pool area.

Throwing furniture or trash into the pool is prohibited.

Acknowledgement I have read and understand these rules and regulations, I acknowledge that breaking these rules may cause the loss of any remaining time in the rental unit and the loss of my payment (rental and security deposits). Deliberate damages will be charged against my credit card or cash deposit on file with Casago San Carlos within 24 hours of my departure. I take full responsibility for any and all damage I or any of my guests may cause during my occupancy.

Force Majeure Casago San Carlos cannot be responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages, whether they are or not caused by storms, the electrical company (CFE) issues or by any other means out of our control. Nor can we be held responsible for water shortages, due to the lack of water in the town of San Carlos. We cannot be responsible for weather, acts of nature, and/or other acts of mankind that may impede or otherwise impact your vacation or holiday. Therefore, there will be no refunds.
